I've been using my Gorilla Bow for 2 years now, and it's been great. I bought the Gorilla Bow to replace a Bowflex Revolution, and I'm very happy with it. The Bowflex takes up a lot of space, and The Gorilla Bow fits in a closet. The Bowflex breaks constantly, and the parts are way overpriced. After 2 years of using the Gorilla Bow, I had to replace 3 of my most commonly used bands. This cost me around 60 dollars. When using the Bowflex for 2 years I would typically spend several hundred dollars on parts. I work out very hard about 5 times per week, and I do Jiu Jitsu as well. Gorilla Bow is perfect for my workout needs. The lighter bands are also good for physical therapy exercises.

As a former personal trainer and almost 50 years old it’s not about lifting more weights and getting bigger. it’s all about preserving the muscle I do have.
The only limitation to these bands are your imagination a lot for stabilizing muscles core muscles a rehabilitating injury. I can’t brag enough about it but I love using it.

I enjoy strength training because it makes me feel better and more energetic! I got these 100# bands because some exercises, (chest presses), had become too easy at 180#.
upon getting the 100# band I found I lack the arm strength to get one on the bow. Now I actually must get my arm strength up too. I like the challenge and am happy to have this new one to work on!
Great products! I am so glad you make these because while it was nice to go to the gym, I have no time in recent years. With this bow and resistance bands and my free weights I can readily challenge myself and gain strength at home!

When stuck at home this is great
Since I have not been able to go to the gym for over a year due to covid-19, gorilla bow has been a life saver. It helps maintain. My only complaint was so far one of the bands snapped after about 9 months of used. I was not hurt but still very scary. Really hopeful it does not happen again.
