DAY 1

STRENGTH WORKOUT #1

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
  - Your Gorilla Bow
  - Bands for the press and row
  - 1 light band off to the side
  - Bands for EMOM

DAY 2

MOBILITY WORKOUT #1

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
  - A yoga block or something similar like a pillow,     blanket or towels

DAY 3

STRENGTH WORKOUT #2

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
  - Your Gorilla Bow
  - Bands for the lunge and Good Morning
  - Bands for EMOM

DAY 4

MOBILITY WORKOUT #2

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
