Bench Band Kit / 360 lb

This 90-pound short resistance band kit increases tension for exercises that have a short extension and band stretch such as bench and dead lift. You get the full 90 pounds with this band during those short stretch exercises. 

We use multi-layered natural latex for all our Gorilla Bow bands. The multiple rings of latex provide more resistance, and more tension to the band. Its strength over time far exceeds its single-layered counterpart.
