Bands work well for me as I have a hip replacements and dead weight lifting hurts my artificial hip. Carrying Bands around doesn’t not hurt it.

best money ive spent on workout gear
I have p/s ms. It’s a lot to deal with but I love the gorilla bow it can still help me get some upper body strength and the grips to now handle my arms. I’m gonna work myself to the bone with the bow.

Love the gorilla bow! I have a torn labrum and can’t do much with that shoulder. Resistance bands work really well because with my shoulder instability and the bow makes stabilization even better! Love it!

Resistance exercises from a bow is more fun than handles
Since I am 63 , I enjoy the transition from weights in the gym to home workouts doing resistance exercises. 😊 It's easier on my muscles than weights.

This thing works great! I have done several workouts with it, and I feel the muscles I feel the muscles just as much as I do with weights and the soreness was the same to so far. The resistance bands are strong and the bow is well constructed. The bow has heft to it, which I was not expecting. I like this product a lot. There are haters out there, but they have never tried one of these.

Love the equipment so far. I use it in my hotel room. It replicates several barbell movements. Great on the joints. Bands are significantly more durable than I expected.
