This thing works great! I have done several workouts with it, and I feel the muscles I feel the muscles just as much as I do with weights and the soreness was the same to so far. The resistance bands are strong and the bow is well constructed. The bow has heft to it, which I was not expecting. I like this product a lot. There are haters out there, but they have never tried one of these.
Love the equipment so far. I use it in my hotel room. It replicates several barbell movements. Great on the joints. Bands are significantly more durable than I expected.
These handles are great! You're welcome to steal the idea to use a fitness bag (sandbag) underneath to do exercises like shoulders and triceps. These are great!
I haven't purchased new bands in a long awhile. Was finally in need of some, picked these up on sale, they shipped fast and they feel much better than the previous bands. Not just because they are new, mind. I mean new-to-new comparison, the most recently purchased bands just look and feel better. Might all be in my head, but I'm happy with em either way.
A year ago I had an aortic aneurysm and have been working hard to get healthy. Part of that requires weight as well as aerobic training. I’m 63 years old and have a lot of miles on these joints so lifting heavy weights is out of the question but with the gorilla bow I can train with heavy resistance without compromising form. I love the Gorilla Bow and credit it with making a difference in my workout. Keep up the great work.

I have always wanted a Gorilla Bow, I moved around a lot in the military and I couldn't always go to the gym. I was sending home money to take care of my Mother and younger brothers. Then when I got out of the military my spouse passed and I became a single parent. Again no money to get a Gorilla Bow. Now I'm in my late 50's and I found a used, and beat up Gorilla Bow at a yard sale. I finally got a Gorilla Bow., finally! It had no bands whatsoever and it was kind of roughed up, but I didn't care. So I ordered a few bands and now I'm so happily working out. Better late then never. I workout every day with the Gorilla Bow and I feel great.. Thank you 🙏💙
