I would highly recommend getting the bench/heavier bands as the basic bands don’t offer enough resistance to affect your chest exercise.

Loved the compactness of the bow, took up very little space. Nice mixture of resistance bands. Pretty easy to add/remove bands based on excessive.
Only feedback would be to print the resistant weight of the bands in a different place, or of a different material. After extensive use, the weight markings on the bands wear off. The print lines up right with where the bands attach to the bow. Not a big deal, and to be honest if one uses it extensively you know what the band weights by heart.

I love your product, I haven’t been back in the gym since COVID began, I work long hours and have 2 young children at home so time is hard to come by. With the Gorilla Bow I can get a gym quality workout at home and quickly change resistant levels without having to have huge pieces of equipment or be moving heavy weights around. I was an avid free weight lifter until medical issues made free weights difficult to impossible. Gorilla Bow is an excellent alternative to free weights. The bands may not completely replicate (lb for lb) FW however, when you find the appropriate resistance you will obtain an excellent workout.

An AWESOME workout tool.
I'm an older guy who was looking for alternatives to free weights, and the Gorilla Bow was the perfect solution. It gives a better workout than any other resistance bands I've found, and in some ways it seems like a better workout than I could have achieved with free weights. I'm so happy I found a way to work out at home and build muscle without having to have a whole lot of heavy equipment set up in my basement! It's convenient, easy to use, highly effective, and highly recommended.

Great for what it is
I was initially very skeptical, but after a couple weeks I like it pretty well and am glad I bought it. I'm relatively fit for a 63-yo man and can get a very nice workout (and it's easier to hold than dumbbells when my arthritis is acting up). I'm careful to not think of the bands as equivalent to "pounds", though, because I'm *pretty sure* I can't bench 5 or 6 sets of 20 reps of my own weight. Fortunately, I'm perfectly fine with high reps until I get a few more of the "heavier" bands.
I think it's great for someone with reasonable goals. It will be good at-home supplement to the free weights or machines at a gym, or for a beginner could be a very nice bridge to real weights (just don't expect to lift the same real weight as you're "lifting" with this: two 25# dumbbells are substantially heavier than the 50# band).

Safe and effective
I purchased the bow because I wanted to bench press, but was fearful of dropping the bar on my neck, being alone in the garage and ultimately dying.
The Gorilla Bow is incredibly safe. I can work my chest without risk or fear of death by being crushed. Also useful for other exercises.

I purchased my first Gorilla Bow 3 years ago after 15 years of using a Bowflex. I loved it. I needed a second system for another residence. I got one that hooks around the door; I did not like it. Bought my 2nd Gorilla Bow because it's the best band system on the market.

Get the training along with the bow
Both myself and my friend love the Bow. Being able to bench with resistance bands is awesome, but the tricks with the six week training course helped me see my potential using it. Pay the extra so you have not throw your money away I'm eager to subscribe to the training course once I get through the six week course

I love the versatility of the bow. I’m still new so trying to learn the best ways to do the exercises. I’m 6’4” so I worry that the bands might snap during squats. I’m trying to avoid doing those as I was told stretching 2.5 times it’s length is a major risk for them to snap.

Sturdy bar and surprising impacts
I'm looking to improve my overall fitness and this piece of home exercise equipment appeared to meet my needs. While the bench press exercise is easy with the bands (due to the limited range of motion) the other exercises are no joke. If you combine this item with a HIIT workout you will be smoked and will feel the results. Great to have an easy system at home for use.

It was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. He loved it. I wish I had a better understanding of the bands I needed for him because he had to buy what he needed later. I would have liked him to be able to use it right away. That’s the only improvement I would make is the ease in knowing what you need up front. As far as the box & bands, it’s amazing & best quality. I have been using the Gorilla Bow for a year and some change now ever since the lockdowns shut down my gym. I had purchased the original Gorilla Bow and then ordered the bench press kit as well as the ultra heavy band kit. The first delivery was sent with a defective 50lb band but was quickly replaced even during extended shipment times a year ago. The replacement band showed unusual stress shortly after and I gave up on using it as I had other bands to complete my workout. Recently, the 30lb band showed stress and I inquired about replacements for both bands.
I cannot stress enough (pun intended) that Gorilla Bow has customer service on the level of publicly traded companies e.g. Chewy, GameStop. In particular, CJ handled my request seamlessly and made sure I was aware of what was required to take advantage of Gorilla Bow's 2 year warranty! 2 year warranty for resistance bands that are prone to damage is huge! This company knows that in order to be successful they need to put their customers first and the level of service provided by CJ is top notch. I have full confidence in the future of this product and brand.

Great for some, not for me personally
The product isn’t for everyone. I find it tasking to change out the bands while going along with the workouts’ pace. The size of the bar is too big for my hands, that’s user error though, not the products fault. The quality is great, I just don’t like the feel of the bar.

Versatile and Intense
This is an amazingly (and surprisingly) intense workout and a super versatile piece of equipment. It gives me a range of motion I don't even get with my home gym. If I had any complaint, it would simply be about the time it takes to change out the bands, which is minimal. Otherwise I think I'm going to enjoy this product for a while.
