Works just as it should great addition to the bow
Just received the grips! very nice, study construction and comfortable. Nice addition. Gorrila Bow needs there own door stop system! One designed just for GB. Just an idea.
We purchased the metal Gorilla Bow and now have purchased two sets on handles. Can set up work stations at three different weights to train. Amazing products and good quality.
Gorilla Bow shoulder make a Gorilla Fitness Bag sandbag with handles like the RDX Fitness Bag they have 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, and 25kg. I have the the 25kg but i say this because I place a comforter and place the fitness bag on top with the bands underneath the fitness bag and a body pillow (cushion) on top the fitness bag. Sit on top the fitness bag to do a seated shoulder press. There is so much to do with a fitness bag and love the handles on it. I would certainly buy a gorilla fitness bag.

These handles are perfect! I had been using the flat bands supplied by my physical therapist and they sometimes become a little awkward to use because of no handles. I wrap my gorilla bands around the leg of my treadmill and that has opened up a whole different range of exercises using the handles. My only complaint is that you guys don’t offer a door anchor, that would be perfect for all different types of workouts. Thanks for a great product! (Make a door anchor!!)

We have bought Gorilla bow and Gorilla bow light with all the bundle packs. And the hand grips are a huge improvement on my arm workouts. This is by far the best excercise equipment for anyone looking to tone, strengthen or even post surgeries. Buy this product u will not be dissapointed. Mike C

I've had a gorilla bow for years and love it. When they had a sale on the handles I decided to buy the kit to allow for some additional exercises and am very happy with the purchase.
the bands provide such great resistance, especially with the handles. the 100 lb bands are thick, and really ups the poundage vs the 90.

Hey guys, The handles that i ordered are great, especially if you travel. Hotel gyms are not sufficient most of the time. The thinnest band has blown up on me but in the years that i have had these, i have never used the yellow band, no big loss. Thank you to gorilla bow for allowing me to continue my training even being on the road most of the year! Z

82 yrs old. This is great for muscle strength and fitness.
Currently am able to use the handles during my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Since I can’t handle the full bar I can keep up the muscle a tone on my good arm and shoulder. I simply loop a band thru my door strap and attach both band ends to the one handle. Perfect and easy to use!
I’ve been hoping for handles since I first bought my Gorilla Bow. Really useful for getting the most out of your bands. You can use your weight bench or machine as something to pull around. I’m getting some very good seated rows that way.
Gorilla Bow and all of the accessories the company has to offer have been fundamental in my journey to be healthy ever since COVID. I really love that they are always looking at innovative ways to improve products and introducing new products
